Curriculum Development and Delivery : - Plan, develop, and implement engaging chemistry lessons and curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver lectures, demonstrations, and laboratory activities.
- Create and utilize various teaching methods and materials.
- Assess student learning through various methods, including exams, assignments, and projects.
Laboratory Management: - Supervise and ensure the safe and effective operation of the chemistry laboratory.
- Prepare and organize experiments and demonstrations.
- Instruct students on proper laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
Classroom Management: - Facilitate classroom discussions, experiments, and activities to promote active learning.
- Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment, enforcing classroom management and school policies.
- Ensure accurate student attendance records.
Assessment and Feedback : - Evaluate student performance through various assessment methods.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their learning progress and areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Communication : - Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure student success.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff regarding student progress and concerns.
- Participate in school events and activities.

Qualification & Experience : - Master's Degree with B.Ed. / M.Ed.
