Admission Policy
Admission Overview
Nurturing your child's future is a decision of paramount significance. Hence, at DBA, we are dedicated to streamline the admission process. Admittance to DBA is extended to students of all nationalities throughout the academic year, subject to seat availability and MOE(Ministry Of Education) endorsement. Nevertheless, for Grades X and XII, enrolments necessitate completion by February, synchronizing with the April commencement of the academic session.
Admission Criteria
Academic Year: The academic year extends from June to April. However, depending on the vacancy, admissions are open for the 2nd semester (October to March) as well.
Eligibility:
- Admission is done as per availability of seats and on a first come, first served basis.
- The optimum age of child for the respective standard is considered in which admission is sought.
- Before affirming the admission, an interaction of child & parents with the Principal is required.
Availability of Admission Forms: The admission forms for all the standards are available at the school help desk as well as the Prospective parents can also fill-up an ENQUIRY FORM from the website or offline from school campus.
We follow N.C.E.R.T. PATTERN and we have G.S.E.B. BOARD.
Admission Procedure
ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR Pre-PRIMARY, GRADE I TO XII ( SCI , COM, ARTS)
Fill Admission Form in the Campus.
Attend Counseling in the Campus
1. Campus Tour 2. Online Test 3. Parents & Students Interaction with Counselor
Confirmation of Admission by DBA
Registration of Admission by DBA
It will be the personal responsibility of the parent to inform the school in writing if the student is undergoing any medical ailment/ medical treatment/allergies etc… at the time of registration.
Admission to any class depends on the vacancy existing in the respective class.
Admission test can be followed by an interview for specific cases before the candidate is selected.
On the day of admission, the following documents have to be provided.
Copy of Birth certificate.
Copy of Aadhar Card.
Transfer certificate/ Leaving Certificate of previous school.
Copy of Caste Certificate.
Copy of Report card of the previous class.
Four passport size photos of the student.
One passport size photo of each parent.
Student's Certificate if any special achievement.
